Payment terms

Regarding our standard rate, a deposit of 50% must be paid within seven days after sending this confirmation email. The remaining 50% must be paid six weeks prior to your arrival date. Kindly notice, that it is also possible to fulfill the full accommodation amount during the first payment. Choosing the last option avoids paying double transactions fees. Please, let us know in advance if you wish to choose the second option.

Please record your reservation number when making the bank transfer and inform us as soon as the transfer is completed. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that by making a bank transfer, you have to take into account international transaction costs. These extra costs should be covered by the guest. For the amount of these costs, we refer you to your own bank.

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate is confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, your reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours upon arrival you can cancel, free of charge. In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, The Reef Blue Bay is entitled to charge the full stay including taxes and possible additional services per apartment to your credit card.
